Topcon Instruments
JEOL USA represents the Topcon line of optical inspection tools lead by their widely accepted sensitivity tool WM-5000. The 5000 utilizes a violet laser diode as the source and has a sensitivity of 0.042 microns on non-patterned silicon.
Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Institute for Soldier Nanotechnologies (ISN)

For 50 years the name McCrone has been synonymous with microscopy expertise. JEOL has enjoyed a long relationship with The McCrone Group in Westmont, Illinois, where JEOL instruments are periodically used for demonstrations.
