July 7, 2011 (Peabody, Mass.) -- JEOL has developed a new generation of Energy Dispersive Spectrometer (EDS) for ultrafast, ultrasensitive collection of X-rays through analysis with its Scanning Transmission Electron Microscopes (S/TEM).
