Multi DDS / Sequencer -- At the heart of the ECX/ECA is our exclusive multiple sequencer design. A sequencer is a multiprocessor, high-performance, computational unit that handles real-time experiment control tasks.

Network Interface -- When a workstation connection is made to a spectrometer, all requisite spectrometer information is automatically inherited, greatly simplifying computer administration for a multi-user network environment. With this design, it is possible to seamlessly control multiple spectrometers from a single workstation or control one spectrometer from multiple workstations.

Gradient Shimming -- A standard feature on all of our ECX/ECA NMR systems is automated ¹H or ²H gradient shimming. Our flexible hardware design allows you to use gradient shimming, even on probes that are not equipped with pulsed-field-gradient capability.
