Visualizer-evo is an application for viewing volumes (3D data) reconstructed with StackerNEO. In addition to volume rendering, multislice and isosurface basic 3D rendering/viewing techniques, it possesses advanced functions in the form of 3D spatial length and angle measurement, video creation, volume segmentation, inter-volume computation, and 3D PDF output. Furthermore, it's simple, refined interface makes all operations intuitively easy, setting it apart from typical 3D visualization software.
